By accessing or using CDAC Prep (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of Content

  • All mock tests, questions, and explanations are for personal educational use only.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the Platform.
  • Automated scraping or bulk downloading of questions is strictly prohibited.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your account or purchased plan access with others is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription plans grant access for the specified validity period. We offer refunds only if access to purchased content was not provided due to a technical error on our part. Please contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Official Domain & Impersonator Warning

Our sole and official platform domain is cdacprep.com (along with app.cdacprep.com). We have absolutely no relation, affiliation, partnership, or connection with cdacprep.in or any other imitation domains.

cdacprep.in is a counterfeit website attempting to copy our identity and brand. CDAC Prep is not responsible or liable for any payments made, financial fraud, credential compromise, data loss, or damages resulting from any interaction with cdacprep.in or other unauthorized third-party sites. Always verify that your browser address bar displays https://cdacprep.com before logging in or initiating any transaction.

6. General Disclaimer

CDAC Prep is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing). Exam patterns and syllabi are based on publicly available information and are subject to change by the official authority.

CDAC Prep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any exam outcomes, career decisions, or losses arising from use of the Platform. Mock test results are for practice purposes only.
